What is VIP day?
VIP shopping is on Nov 6 only from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Strollers, wagons, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You will not be allowed entry with any sort of wheeled carriage/cart. Children ages 6 and older must have a VIP admission ticket; regular children's tickets will not be accepted on Nov 6. Children aged 5 and younger do not need a ticket. No early entry on VIP Day
Can VIP tickets be used on another day?
If you miss the VIP Day, the ticket may be used on any other one day during general admission hours. No snack or VIP Bag will be provided on a different day.
Will Santa be available for pictures?
Santa will be available for pictures during show hours on the top floor.
Do children need tickets?
Children under the age of 6 are free for everyday of the event.
Children age 6 -12 are required to have a ticket to enter.
On VIP day, everyone age 6 and up is required to have a VIP ticket for entry.
What is the bag policy on VIP Day?
Strollers, wagons, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You will not be allowed entry with any sort of wheeled carriage/cart. The BJCC clear bag rules does not apply to our show.
What is the bag policy on regular admission day?
On regular admission day (advanced early bird or general admission), you are allowed any type of bag that includes strollers and wheeled carriage/cart. The BJCC clear bag rules does not apply to our show.
Online Ticket Purchase Process
If you purchased an Advanced Early Bird, General Admission, Child, or VIP ticket online, you will be sent an email confirmation of your tickets. You may present the tickets digitally on your phone or print them out on the day you attend the show.
No printed tickets will be mailed to your address.
VIP Day admission tickets are sold out both online and at both retail locations. Entry on Nov 6th only from 9am-4pm. Strollers, wagons, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You will not be allowed entry with any sort of wheeled carriage/cart. Children aged 6 and older must have a VIP admission ticket; regular children's tickets will not be accepted on Nov 6th.
Advanced Early Bird
Entry Nov 7-10th one hour earlier than open to the public. Advanced Early Bird tickets can be purchased online starting July 30th and will be available until Nov 6th at 11:59 p.m. A limited number of Advanced Early Bird tickets can be purchased at two retail locations (Oh My Sole and 1971 Clothing - both are cash only) beginning Oct.1st.

BJCC- North Hall
Parking is available at the various parking garages around the BJCC. Accessible parking is also available at all parking garages of the BJCC. Guests using these spaces must display proper state-issued placard or tag. Spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click Here for additional parking locations.
RAMPS/ENTRANCES
The main entrances to the North Exhibition Hall are accessible to all guests. All restrooms are accessible.
DROP OFF/PICK UP
Drivers may drop off or pick up passengers with a mobility issue off of Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd in the round about located in front of the building.
Are wheelchairs available?
There are no wheelchairs available for rent at The BJCC.
Are wheelchairs allowed?
Yes, wheelchairs are allowed at The BJCC on any day of the show.
